Deposits are required and are nonrefundable, however may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within a month from cancelled appointment if servicer is notified 24hrs before missed appointment.

From the second the appointment is booked, accommodations for the service begins. Deposits are used as a tool for securing accountability from both the consumer(s) and the servicer.

*The only time a refund will be issued is for a scheduling conflict the servicer(Shae Jones) caused preventing the appointment from proceeding conveniently for the client.

Health: As an effort to keep all parties safe and healthy we ask that you cancel your appointment if you are feeling under the weather. 

*Sanitizer will be available and recommended at the start of appointment.

Skin Prep: Your regular skin cleansing routine is recommended because that process is what your skin is use to, therefore will best prep for your service. Remove lash strips.

Please arrive on time! You are allowed a 15 minute grace period if servicer (Shae Jones) was notified by appointment start time, a fee of $10 will be added to balance. After the grace period, the appointment will be cancelled. These services are time based and if you are late, every client following you will be inconvenienced!

Arriving more than 15 mins before your appointment window is not allowed. You will only be permitted on the premises for your appointment slot.
